Relevant organisations specified / mentioned in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO) and Guideline on Compliance of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Requirements for Licensed Money Lenders (Guideline) (See Notes)
Those DNFBPs, MSOs and Licensed Money Lenders can submit their application to us via the following respective bodies..
  1. Law Society of Hong Kong
  2. Accounting and Financial Reporting Council
  3. Estate Agents Authority
  4. Customs and Excise Department
  5. Companies Registry

(Notes: Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) and Licensed Money Service Operators (MSOs) under AMLO and Licensed Money Lenders mentioned in the Guideline)
Financial Sector
Those companies regulated by the following regulators can submit their application to us via the regulators.
  1. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority
  2. The Securities and Futures Commission
  3. The Insurance Authority
  4. The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority
FinTech tenants and incubatees under Cyberport and Hong Kong Science Park can submit their applications to us via the two respective organisations.
Education Sector
Educational institutions and related organisations can submit the completed application form to us.
