Designated Non-Financial Businesses and Professions (DNFBPs) and Licensed Money Service Operators (MSOs) specified in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance (AMLO)
Those DNFBPs and MSOs can submit their application to us via the following respective bodies.

  3. Estate Agents Authority
  4. Companies Registry
  5. Customs and Excise Department
Financial Sector
Those companies regulated by the following regulators can submit their application to us via the regulators.
  1. The Hong Kong Monetary Authority
  2. The Securities and Futures Commission
  3. The Insurance Authority
  4. The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority
FinTech tenants and incubatees under Cyberport and Hong Kong Science Park can submit their applications to us via the two respective organisations.
