What is "iAM Smart"
“iAM Smart” Functions
There are two versions of “iAM Smart” account, namely “iAM Smart” (via self-online registration) and “iAM Smart+” (via in-person registration at designated locations). Users can use “iAM Smart” online for authentication, “e-ME” form-filling and digital signing.

Blue Insurance provides additional means for “iAM Smart” users to acquire new insurance policy without uploading their soft copy of HKID card.

Senior Citizen Residences Scheme provides additional means for their applicants to complete applications online using “iAM Smart” instead of traditional paper form.
Gleneagles Hospital Hong Kong
In addition to activate patients’ online service accounts in person at Gleneagle Hospital, patients can now activate their My Gleneagles SmartHealth account through “iAM Smart” online.
Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital
In addition to validate patients’ mobile app service accounts in person at any outpatient centre, patients can now validate their HKSH Mobile App account through “iAM Smart” online.
Customers can complete the account opening process online by using the verified personal information provided by “iAM Smart”.
