Objective

Access Control Management System is a security platform that offers flexible integration to access control infrastructure. Based on the HID Aero platform, it provides robust security and scalability to control thousands of door access devices. Moreover, the system can be integrated with other identity solutions, including visitor management tools and QR code reader devices, to provide a comprehensive access solution. By leveraging “iAM Smart” Personal Code capability, Access Control Management System delivers a seamless and reliable access control solution for property owners.

Our Use Case

1. Event Management – Exhibition venues require pre-registration and visitor check-in to collect visiting data.
   The “iAM Smart” Personal Code enables exhibitors to collect visitor information easily, while Access Control Management System validates the access rights of each visitor for accessing the venue.
2. Residential Access – Build a custom mobile app for a private estate to control door access is costly to develop and maintain.
   The “iAM Smart” Personal Code allows door access control via a mobile device at a lower cost, avoiding the need for a complex app. Access Control Management System supports budgeted QR Code reader devices on network, reducing the implementation cost compared to dedicated Octopus card readers which require additional license fee.
3. Visitor Verification – Commercial buildings with high security requirements must reliably verify visitor identities.
   The “iAM Smart” Personal Code provides a trusted source of visitor identities from government, enabling Access Control Management System to collect the visitor information while preserving privacy. This prevents the use of forged identities and strengthens property security.
